Refund policy

We offer a 30-day refund policy. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@spapartspro.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send  instructions on how and where to send your package.  Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately, if in the unlikely event, that the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item/s. Please contact us within 5 business days so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We will only accept items that are unopened, unused and in original condition. 


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

You will be refunded at the price you paid for the product at the time of your order minus 10% Restocking Fee and minus the shipping charges. All returns MUST HAVE THE COURIER DETAILS AND TRACKING INFORMATION SENT TO US ONCE WE HAVE APPROVED THE RETURN OF THE ITEM. (If there is no tracking information provided we can’t guarantee you will get a refund).
